SHOPPING INFORMATION
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We have tried to make shopping online hassle free with free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $100 (excluding bulky items). If your order is below the $100.00 minimum for free shipping you will only pay $10 with no minimum order amount required.
If you take advantage of our free shipping Australia-wide offer from Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service these will be sent with Australia Post using standard post, with tracking provided to our customers on every order once dispatched from our store.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest Australia Post outlet, or relevant courier depot. We strongly suggest to have your delivery address as your workplace, and if you find that you have accidentally provided the wrong address you can let us know at [email protected]
How long will delivery take?
We all know the feeling of when you order online you want it fast! We ship orders Monday through to Friday and we will make every effort to despatch your order within 24 hours.
All orders are shipped out of Brisbane, and individual products may be sourced from any of our stores and suppliers where necessary. Despatch and shipping times may be extended by 2-3 days depending on the location of your ordered item. If there is a delay or we are unable to source your order from a supplier our customer care team will contact you to let you know of an alternative item we can provide or offer a full refund.
How long do I have to return an order?
If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange, credit or refund.
NOTE: If you placed your order with free freight, your money will be refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred by Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service. This freight cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post freight calculator. Before sending your items back, please contact us and we can advise of the freight amount to be deducted from the refund. The buyer is also responsible for organising (and paying for) the freight of the return.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service online store will email you a tax invoice when payment is processed, so you can reprint the email should you require a hard copy of the invoice.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
Gift cards can be redeemed through Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service website or in our store:
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s gift card account and is not transferable.
- If your order exceeds the amount of your gift card, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
- Gift card cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
- Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is either redeemed through the Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service website or in-store or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service website or in-store.
NORTHSIDE MOTORCYCLE TYRES AND SERVICE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on your credit/debit card issuer.
How will the items be shipped?
All items shipped using Australia Post requires a Signature on Delivery. If you are unable to collect the item, a “sorry we missed you card” will be left and it will be your responsibility to attend an Australia post outlet to collect your item.
Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any items during shipping. If in any case you receive an item that is damaged we suggest you follow it up with the service provider. In the case the packaging or wrapping containing the ordered products is clearly damaged, We invite the buyer to refuse delivery form the shipping agent or to specify that the package was “received with reservations”.
When you receive your goods we suggest you check the packaging and ensure it is in good order and not damaged in any way. On all occasions we suggest you nominate the address where you will be available throughout the day.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

How can I return an item?
Any item which is to be returned to Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service will only be accepted approval has been granted by Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service. Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service reserves the right to refuse any returned item without notice if we deem the return to not meet guidelines set.
The cost of returning rejected items is the responsibility of the customer and Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service reserves the right to hold products until payment of shipping has been made.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service will endeavour to supply all items publicised in the Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service website. Similarly, products will be removed from the Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service website as soon as Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service becomes aware that those items are unavailable. However, there may be unavoidable occasions when:
- All or part of your order cannot be fulfilled immediately, or
- All or part of your order cannot be fulfilled at all.
Where part of an order cannot be fulfilled immediately, the part that can be supplied will be dispatched as soon as possible. Where part of your order cannot be fulfilled at all you will be advised as soon as possible by email, telephone or fax. All products with a limited sales period which are displayed in the Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service website will have the withdrawal date clearly shown.
However, where a product which does not have a specified sales period becomes unavailable due to unexpected or high demand, and that item is ordered by you before Brisbane Motorcycles has withdrawn that item from the Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service website, Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service will not be held responsible for inability to complete that order.

How long does the delivery take and how much does it cost?
Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving the order and endeavour to deliver all orders within 3-14 business days from receipt of order. Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service will notify its customers within 5 business days.
Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped. All orders will have a delivery tracking number to ensure safe delivery and are subject to the freight company’s timings and terms and conditions.
GENERAL SERVICES
Do you charge for tyre fitment?
We have tried to make tyre fitment FREE for all customers but in some instances we have to charge a small fee, contact us for fitment prices
All scooter tyres and any tyre not purchased online or in store through Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service will incur a fitment fee.
All tyres purchased in store or online with Afterpay will incur a 6% surcharge if we fit your tyres in store. All tyres purchased in store or online with ZipPay will incur a 4% surcharge if we fit your tyres in store. If purchasing online with Afterpay or ZipPay the surcharge will be charged to you when you pick up your tyres after fitment.
No surcharge for tyre fitment on Credit Card or Cash purchases in store.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
By ordering or registering on Northside Motorcycle Tyres and Service you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via the link at the footer of any marketing communications or contacting our customer service team and we will remove you from marketing communications. We do not share, sell or exchange any customer contact information with other companies excluding shipping carriers who use this information to deliver orders.
