We use Australia Post for most of our shipping, every effort is made to get you your products as soon as possible to ensure your experience with us is a great one.
Being a small family run business, we attempt to keep your shipping rate as low as possible. But in some circumstances this is not achievable and we will apply the following rates.

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Shipping within Australia will vary depending on the product ordered. Please contact us if you need a more precise time frame.

If there is a problem with my order who do I contact?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 5-7 working days of shipping. We will contact you when your order is shipped. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact us with your details.
A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up.
