Unfortunately, dangerous goods cannot be transported by air which is the primary transportation method for Express shipments. For this reason, if you order with Express Shipping the dangerous items will be shipped separately and not with an express method. Please take this into account when deciding to pay for Express Shipping. If you select Express Shipping and you only order dangerous goods, your order will not be sent Express. We are happy to refund the Express payment in this instance. Dangerous Goods also affect Standard Shipping (road freight). Our freight carriers advise that the extra care taken to transport these items can increase delivery times. We make every effort to split an order that has dangerous goods and non-dangerous goods so that the non-dangerous parcel is not subject to potential delays. Occasionally though, this is not possible, and your entire order might be shipped as dangerous goods.
