Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Our Referral Program rewards our valued customers for referring friends and family to our tyre and service offerings. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Referral Program is open to all existing customers of Northside Motorcycle Tyres & Service Pty Ltd
• The referred individual must be a new customer who has not previously made a purchase with us.
• The program applies only to tyre purchases and vehicle services; it does not extend to general products we stock.

3. Referral Reward

• For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a credit equivalent to a percentage of the referred customer’s total purchase amount, up to a maximum of $50.
• The credit will be applied to the referrer’s account and can be used towards future tyre purchases or vehicle services.

4. Redemption of Referral Credit

• The referral credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• The credit can only be used for tyres and service-related transactions.
• Credits must be used within [specify expiration period, e.g., 12 months] from the date of issuance.

5. Referral Process

• The referred customer must mention the referrer’s name at the time of booking or purchase or use a designated referral code.
• The referred customer must provide the referrer’s details when making a booking online, over the phone, or in person.
• The credit will only be issued after the referred customer completes their purchase and the transaction is finalized.
• If a referred customer cancels their order or requests a refund, the referral credit will be voided.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

• Customers cannot refer themselves or create duplicate accounts to claim rewards.
• The referral credit cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
• The program applies only to retail customers and not to wholesale or business accounts.

7. Program Modifications and Termination

• Northside Motorcycle Tyres & Service Pty Ltd has the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any misuse of the program may result in the revocation of referral credits and possible disqualification from future participation.
